‘THE WALKING DEAD: DEAD RECKONING’ Game Now Available for Android Devices

The highly successful show The Walking Dead is looking to wrap up its second season, and one thing that has been keeping people busy in between episodes is AMC’s ‘Dead Reckoning’.  The comic book style video game has only been available on AMC’s website site as of late but now a new app for Android devices allows you to play it whenever and wherever you need your ‘Dead’ fix.

Android looks to grab the fans of the AMC series with its new app playable on tablets and phones. ‘The Walking Dead: Dead Reckoning’ has been released to the marketplace today and here is the official statement from AMC:

The Walking Dead: Dead Reckoning adventure game has just been made available as a FREE Android App and is a featured game of the week on Amazon.com’s Appstore for Android. Download the app now, then protect and serve as Officer Shane Walsh in AMCtv.com’s interactive prologue to The Walking Dead TV series.”

Game Synopsis: “When Rick wakes from a coma, he finds his wife Lori and his partner Shane gone and the police station abandoned. (Sure, former deputy Leon Bassett is still around but he’s a walker.) Where are Shane and Lori? How did Leon end up like that? In 2011, you experienced a teaser of AMCtv.com’s interactive prologue to The Walking Dead.
