Watch the Trailer for 2019’s ‘HELLBOY’
While it was supposed to be released officially tomorrow, some websites like to be first in this game and post a leaked version instead of waiting a day. Luckily, the studio responded by releasing the trailer early and now you can get a look at David Harbour as Hellboy directed by Neil Marshall.
I like Harbour as Hellboy but I’m not sure about this tone. The jokey element at times feels right but at other times feels oh so wrong. It’s hard to judge a movie by a trailer – and it probably shouldn’t be – but this doesn’t really look like it is bringing anything new to the table that del Toro’s previous films brought audiences.
I guess we’ll have to wait until April to see what Neil Marshall can do with the property.
