‘MAD MAX’ Game E3 Trailer wows crowd

If you are a male and 30 or over, get ready to possibly blow your load on your computer screen. In addition to a new Mad Max film starring Tom Hardy continuing the direction by George Miller, us Mad Max fans will get to play the title character in an upcoming video game in 2014. The title was recently announced at E3. Much like Mad Max: Fury Road the game had a false start in 2008 with the collaboration of creator George Miller & God of War 2‘s director Cory Barlog

There is no word if this is a video game sequel from the previous three movies to serve as a bridge between the new proposed trilogy with Tom Hardy. The video game trailer shown at E3 doesn’t show the face of the character but there are some stills from the game floating around there that might make one assume it is modeled after Hardy. I have included a screenshot so you can be the judge of if it looks like Hardy or not.

Based off the lone image that we have seen of Hardy as Max, I would say it is more modeled off the original look but that face looks broad like Hardy. Again, this could lend to the bridge idea I previously mentioned. Again, here is the only photo of Hardy as Max:

This game is supposed to be open-world, which I think lends well to this story & character. However, what made the Mad Max films so iconic was Miller’s frantic, energetic and anarchic direction. Either way, 2014 is going to be an awesome year (hopefully) for Mad Max fans.
