BEING HUMAN- A Ghost, a Werewolf, and a Vampire Walk Into a Show
I know it sounds like the premise of a stupid Halloween joke, but BBC’s hit-show Being Human is better than it sounds. I even had my doubts when I heard that it is about a female ghost and a male werewolf and vampire living in an apartment together. Than I watched a few episodes and saw that it handled the cheesy idea with great skill and seriousness. Apparently I was not the only one who was impressed, as it seems that the Syfy channel (I still can’t get used to that spelling) has taken the idea and made an American remake of it. Remakes … it is what they do in the horror industry. Joking aside, if the new show is as half as good as the original, we should be in for a treat.
