A lot of people weren’t too happy with Christophe Gans‘ film adaptation/contribution of the popular Silent Hill video game series. While I agree it has some faults, the film is unique and truly, in the humble opinion of this writer, a nightmarish entry in American cinema. Six years later we are finally being treated to a sequel. This time it is written & directed by Solomon Kane (which is finally getting released this year via VOD & theatrical release) writer/director Michael J. Bassett. Some of the actors from the first adaptation will be reprising their roles as well.
