I’m a Bad Fanboy: Missing an icon’s birthday

June 22, 2010 was Bruce Campbell’s 52nd birthday.  The man is still working by creating his own films and starring in USA’s successful show Burn Notice.  The reason why I think “The Chin” is an icon isn’t because of his filmography with Sam Raimi and other cult films.  It is more the fact that he started out small by particpating Super-8 films with Raimi and grew to an actor that America now has the privilege of seeing every week at home.

To me, Bruce Campbell could be any one of us but there could be only one Bruce Campbell.

Happy Birthday sir.  Sorry, I’m late.

Enjoy these awesome Bruce Campbell’s Soup labels that Scifiwire.com whipped up.
