That is by far the fastest I have ever seen a Blu-ray/DVD cover art make its way online. Just last week, the fourth installment in the found footage series made its way into theaters with a disappointing thump. Now, you too, can hear this thump – which sounds and looks inferior to any thing else in the series so far- as it makes its way into your home. No release date has been issued yet, but we do know it’s “Unrated” and comes with a ridiculous and unnecessary tagline that was no where previously in any of the other marketing materials. Anything more said about this film and it’s atrocious packaging will simply make my brain hurt. If you want to know if this is worth picking up for your shelf at home, read our review of the film HERE.

Somewhere between growing up on a steady diet of Saturday morning trips to the local comic-book shop, collecting an unhealthy amount of action figures, and frequent viewings of Ray Harryhausen and Hammer Horror films, came forth a nerdy boy that was torn between journalism and the arts. In high school, Michael found himself writing a movie column for the school newspaper. Yet, he went on to get a BFA in Studio Art at Webster University. The battle between these two worlds has finally ceased with his current position as Managing Editor for DestroyTheBrain.com. When not writing about films, you can still find him discussing classic horror, collecting action figures, and reading Batman. Clearly, not much has changed.
