And Guillermo’s Next Project Is….

Word comes from NME that Guillermo Del Toro’s next project will be a 3D adaptation of the H.P. Lovecraft Classic At the Mountain of Madness and is to be in colaboration with powerhouse director James Cameron.  This comes on the heals of Del Toro announcing that he will direct a scary 3D called the Haunted Mansion, which is based on the popular Disney ride of the same name. 

Is it just my imagination or has Del Toro been talking about doing this for years now?  With him being attached to a slew of other projects( including an adaptation of Frankenstein) and having yet to make an official announcement in regard to Madness, I would take this story with a grain of salt…
