‘THE RAVEN’ Will Now Soar Into Theaters at a Later Date
I guess the people behind James McTeigue’s The Raven were afraid to do battle with Disney’s John Carter. Originally the two were going to face-off at the box-office on March 9. Well, it seems The Raven is now being more of a chicken because the film is bowing out of that date and is now scheduled to come out on April 27. The other film being released on this new date is the Jason Statham action-fest Safe. I’m not sure if John Cusack can take on Jason Statham with any more ease than his previous fight, but the trailers to both of these upcoming films are generic enough that maybe he might have a slightly better chance.
