Still & Poster for ‘STAGE FRIGHT’

Stage Fright, which has nothing to do with that crazy Soavi movie – great, now I’m thinking of the owl mask – or the Hitchcock film, is the new film from The Legend of Beaver Dam director Jerome Sable (listen to our interview back when we were talking about The Legend of Beaver Dam). The film stars Minnie Driver, Meat Loaf, Allie Macdonald & Douglas Smith. While we wait for a trailer or any announcement of a release, an official still & poster has been released.

Synopsis

Stage Fright tells the story of a posh musical theater camp terrorized by a killer who hates musicals. Minnie Driver plays Kylie Swanson, a haunted star of the Broadway stage and mother of two siblings who find themselves at the center of the unfolding horror at the camp. Meat Loaf plays Roger McCall, a slumming Broadway producer-turned-camp director.

I’m really looking forward to this one as Beaver Dam was amazing and Sable was an awesome guy to talk to. Hopefully this will be a pick for Fantastic Fest this year (PLEASE!)
