DRIVE ANGRY 3D Director Patrick Lussier talks about the God Killer Gun

If My Bloody Valentine 3D was any indication of what we can expect from the director’s follow-up film Drive Angry, then the upcoming Nicholas Cage vehicle should be one loud and fun ride.  In a recent interview with IGN, editor turned director Patrick Lussier and actor William Fichtner talk about one of the important characters in the film: The God Killer Gun.  The multi barrel powerful weapon plays an important  part in the film which is explained in the interview and is seen in all of it’s dangerous glory in an exclusive clip as well.  See the 3 min. clip after the break.

On a side note … William Fichtner is awesome.

Somewhere between growing up on a steady diet of Saturday morning trips to the local comic-book shop, collecting an unhealthy amount of action figures, and frequent viewings of Ray Harryhausen and Hammer Horror films, came forth a nerdy boy that was torn between journalism and the arts. In high school, Michael found himself writing a movie column for the school newspaper. Yet, he went on to get a BFA in Studio Art at Webster University. When not writing about films, you can still find him discussing classic horror, collecting action figures, and reading Batman. Clearly, not much has changed.
