‘RE: Retribution’ Teaser in Dec. Behind the Scenes Video For Now

For the past few days the cast of the new Resident Evil: Retribution has been very busy on set. No one has been busier than the star of the franchise Milla Jovovich. She has been tweeting away just like she had for the previous films, and as of yesterday some nice pictures came online showing her wearing some tight gear. Aside from that, Milla Tweeted today that,

 

So we’re shooting a teaser trailer that shld b in theaters by Xmas! Im gonna shoot it now! Let’s govovich!

 

While we wait for the teaser to be released, a few behind the scenes videos have popped up online.

Films are always looking for ways to build the hype for an upcoming release and even though the RE films have been out for sometime now, it looks like they will continue the trend with the behind the scenes marketing. The great thing for you gamers out there is that this installment will include many characters from the video game series that were not involved in previous films. K-Mart (Spencer Locke), Claire (Ali Larter) and brother Chris Redfield (Wentworth Miller) are captured by the Umbrella Corporation while the heroes must battle the Las Plagas variant of the infected, meaning the mindless zombies are replaced by stronger, scarier monsters.

Leon Kennedy and Barry Burton will make their first appearances in the series along with Ada Wong, who was in the Resident Evil 2, 4, and The Darkside Chronicles video games. Shawn Roberts will also return to play the villainous Albert Wesker.

Chris Redfield (Wentworth Miller), Claire Redfield (Ali Larter), and K-Mart (Spencer Locke) won’t return because they’ve been abducted by the Umbrella Corporation. Sienna Guillory will be back again as Jill Valentine however and you can expect some fireworks between her and Alice
