It’s something we have been working on for sometime now and I’m happy to announce that Destroy the Brain will be hosting a one night only screening of Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon. This film is one of the most underrated gems of the 2000-2010 decade. Its deconstruction of the slasher genre while still entertaining the audience is one of the most perfect blends I have seen in years. Before there was The Cabin in the Woods, there was Behind the Mask.
